A taste of Nashville comes to The Hawth Studio on Saturday 20th May with an evening in the style of Nashville’s famous Bluebird Café, featuring three recording artists in an evening of songs in the round from the music city.
Nashville residents Sarah Darling and Jenn Bostic make a welcome return to the UK following their last sold out tour and this time they are accompanied by singer/songwriter Michael Logen.
Jenn Bostic is a Minnesota native, currently residing in Nashville. Her emotive songwriting and powerful vocals have been touching hearts around the world. Jealous of the Angels, a song written for her late father, was playlisted on BBC Radio 2 and after a live performance on BBC Breakfast it went #1 in the UK.
Sarah Darling is sure to take you on whimsical ride through songs about stars, and when cowboy’s use to ride away into the West. She calls her sound Dream Country. During her successful career Sarah has released several albums with 1/2 a million downloads worldwide with her biggest hit being the ‘Home to Me’.
Americana/Folk artist Michael Logen is based in Nashville, Tennessee has recently released his stunning, second album “New Medicine” which includes his original, acoustic version of a song he wrote with Jennifer Hanson, called “Breaking Your Own Heart”, which was covered by Kelly Clarkson on her platinum-selling, Grammy-winning album, “Stronger”.
With three great recording artists appearing this will be a night to remember for every country music fan.
