‘A Night In Paris’ Pop Up Restaurant Fundraiser In Ardingly
Local Cordon Bleu trained chef Jacqueline Naish is hosting a fantastic French themed Pop up Restaurant at Hapstead Hall in Ardingly on Saturday 30th September.
Jacqueline is cycling to Paris from the village at the beginning of October to raise money for the charity Canine Partners. “I have never taken on a challenge like this before and would be delighted if the local community could support me. As a French trained chef, unbelievably I have never visited Paris and have always wanted to do so. I was inspired to do the challenge after reading in a local magazine about an amazing women from Brighton and her how her assistance dog (part golden retriever, same as my own dog) had transformed her life. I am delighted to be raising money for such a fantastic cause.”
Canine Partners’ assistance dogs are trained to meet the needs of individuals with even the most complex physical disabilities. They currently help adults aged 18 and over (both civilians and former service personnel) who have a physical disability or condition that affects their daily life and limits their independence.
Jacqueline, who has hosted many successful Supperclub nights in the village before, is offering traditional French dishes cooked with passion and flare for just £35 for 5 Courses. Guests are encouraged to bring their own wine, 100% of profits will go to charity.
With moules-frites, steak-frites and a delicious selection of cheeses on the menu, as well as many other tasty treats and a children’s menu for just £15, make sure you book your tickets early! A raffle will also be held; all donations will be much appreciated.
