Parkers’ Elite Running In Color For Teenage Cancer Trust
On Saturday 17th September four of Parker’s finest athletes took to the streets of Brighton to take on one of the world’s most colourful challenges. Head office staff Kelly, Georgia, Alice and Laura took part in Brighton’s 5km Color Run, all in a very worthy cause. The technicolor quartet said “Our partner charity is Teenage Cancer Trust, and we set ourselves a target of £500.00 and can’t believe that we raised just over £1000.00! Thank you to everyone who donated to this amazing charity!”
THE COLOR RUN
They call the Color Run the happiest 5k on the planet and it’s easy to see why. It is the original, largest and most unique 5km run in the world, celebrating healthiness, happiness, friendship and having the time of your life!
Not content on just running 5km, the girls fancied getting colourful throughout the run making their way through 5 colour stations! Alongside the thousands of other Brighton Color Runners they started the day in white t-shirts, getting covered from head to toe in a rainbow of colours at each kilometre of the course.
