Mocktails - Banana Colada

Jolly tasty and alcohol-free, these easy to prepare drinks are just the thing for a seasonal treat

Escape to far-flung shores, as you close your eyes for a taste of summer heaven.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 300ml (10fl oz) pineapple juice
  • 150ml (5fl oz) coconut milk
  • 150ml (5fl oz) water
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 2 large handfuls of ice cubes

Whizz everything up in a blender until smooth. Serve in pretty glasses with a straw, and garnish with pineapple wedges if the mood strikes you.

Note: If you’re not keen on coconut or desire a more smoothie-like consistency, just replace the coconut milk with plain yogurt.
